After visiting Africa in 2010 on a trade mission with the US Department of Commerce, company founder Josh Jambon decided to expand his services and open an international office in Ghana. From the very beginning, Jambon established a 100% local operation policy. The company is dedicated to employing native people, purchasing local materials, contracting local companies for service and repair, and even furnishing its office with indigenous furniture.
Jambon appointed Emmanuel Adu Jr., Ghana resident, to manage and oversee operations of this subsidiary. The unique partnership proves Jambon’s readiness to serve Ghana’s maritime market.
